Historic Commission

The Buckingham Township Historic Commission was created in the early 1970's.

The Commission's mission is to:

Protect those historic buildings which have a character recalling the rich heritage of the Township, County, and Commonwealth; and promote the general welfare, education and culture of the Township by encouraging interest in its historical heritage.

Commission members are appointed by the Board of Supervisors and serve on a voluntary basis.

Meeting Schedule: Third Thursday of the month at 9:30 a.m.
