Call to order 7:30 p.m.

1.         Public Comment (Maximum 30 minutes)

 

2.           Board's Announcements:

 -   Free Leaf Waste bags are available at the township building. Bags will be picked up during the last week of November or they may be brought to the Township Maintenance Garage at 4991 Upper Mountain Road on Saturday, December 1st from 10am to 12 noon. 

 -  The Administrative Offices of Buckingham Township will be closed November 22 and 23 for the Thanksgiving Day Holiday.

The November 28, December 12 and December 26 Board of Supervisor Work Sessions and Regular Business Meetings have been cancelled.  There will be a Work Session and Regular Business Meeting on Wednesday, December 19th, and the annual Reorganization Meeting (including a Regular Business Meeting) will take place on January 7, 2019.

Annual Township Tree Lighting Event: Friday, December 7th beginning at 6:00 p.m.

-  Red Cross Blood Drive: Tuesday, December 18th from 12 to 5pm in the township building. Call 215-794-8834 to schedule your appointment.

 

3.         a.  Consideration of approving Payment Request No. 9, to Eastern Environmental Contractors, Inc. for work completed on the Fieldstone Spray Field Upgrades – General Contract BT-17-01, in the amount of $48,690.00.

            b.  Consideration of approving Payment Request No. 2, to Derstine Company, LLC, for work completed on the Buckingham Village WWTP 2017 Plant Upgrades – General Contract BT-17-04, in the amount of $148,500.00.

            c. Consideration of approving Payment Request No. 11, to A.H. Cornell & Sons Inc., for work completed on the Holicong Park Expansion, Phase 1, Contract 2016-04, in the amount of $125,688.48.  

            d.  Consideration of approving Payroll for the weeks ending October 28, 2018 and November 11, 2018, and the Bill List for the meeting of November 14, 2018.

 

4.         Consideration of approving draft Supervisor's Minutes of the October 24, 2018 Work Session and October 24, 2018 Regular Business Meeting.

 

5.         Consideration of accepting various Departmental Minutes and Advisory Body Minutes.

 

6.         Consideration of posting the Proposed 2019 Budget for Buckingham Township.

 

7.         Consideration of accepting the Request for Extension of the time to complete the Improvements as set forth in the Residential Development Contract to December 1, 2019 for the “Gash Tract” Subdivision, Township File SA 2004-04.

 

 8.         Consideration of accepting the Request for Extension of the time to complete the Improvements as set forth in the Residential Development Contract to December 13, 2019, covering “Phillips Tract (Surrey Hill)”, Township File SA 2002-06A.

 

9.         Consideration of accepting the Request for Extension of the time to complete the Improvements as set forth in the Residential Development Agreement to December 17, 2019, covering “Pine Crest Farm, Lot 2”, Township File SA 2010-03.

 

10.       Consideration of accepting the Request for Extension of the time to complete the Improvements as set    forth in the Stormwater Facility Development Contract to November 15, 2019 between Vincent Rongione, III and Karen Rongione, Magnum, Inc. and Buckingham Township for the property located at 4527 Church Road, TMP 6-10-72.

 

11.       Consideration of approving Resolution No. 2369, a Resolution of the Board of Supervisors of Buckingham Township, Bucks County,  Pennsylvania, Affirming the Acceptance of Improvements in the Development of Lands Known as Sycamore Hollow Farms Consisting of the Common Improvements and The Lot No. 3 Residential Lot Improvements, Township File LD 2010-01.
