BOARD OF SUPERVISORS MEETING AGENDA

Call to Order 7:30 p.m.

1.         Public Comment (Maximum 30 minutes)

 

2.        Board's Announcements:

- Township Administrative Offices will be closed September 3rd  in observance of Labor Day.

- Join us for Movie nights at the Hansell Park band shelter! Friday, September 21st at 7pm is “The Greatest Showman”, and Friday, September 28th at 7pm is “Bedtime Stories”.

 

3.         a. Consideration of approving Payment Request No. 5, to GS Developers, for work completed on the Pump Station & Generators and Upgrades PH 2 – General Contract BT-17-03,in the amount of $59,638.50.   

            b. Consideration of approving Payment Request No. 6, to Eastern Environmental Contractors, Inc. for work completed on the Fieldstone Spray Field Upgrades – General Contract BT-17-01, in the amount of $82,080.00. 

             c.  Consideration of approving Payment Request No. 1, to BSI Electrical Contractors for work completed on the Buckingham Village WWTP Plant 2017 Upgrades – Electrical Contract BT-17-05, in the amount of $102,825.00. 

            d. Consideration of approving Payment Request No. 8, to A.H. Cornell & Sons Inc., for work completed on the Holicong Park Expansion, Phase 1, Contract 2016-04, in the amount of $288,666.08.   

            e.  Consideration of approving Payment Request No. 1, to James D. Morrissey, Inc., for work completed on the 2018 Roadway Program, in the amount of $407,429.12.   

           f. Consideration of approving Payroll for the weeks ending August 5, 2018 and August 19, 2018, and the Bill List for the meeting of August 22, 2018.

 

4.         Consideration of approving draft Supervisor's Minutes of the July 25, 2018 Work Session and July 25, 2018 Regular Business Meeting.

 

5.         Consideration of accepting various Departmental Minutes and Advisory Body Minutes.

 

6.         Consideration of recommending Preliminary/Final Approval of the “Wawa Convenience Store – Easton Roads”, Lot Line Change & Consolidation Plan dated “Revised 8/2/18”, Township File SA 2018-02, TMP 06-002-014, 06-002-010 & 06-002-011, Easton & Old Easton Roads, 3 lots, located in the Cross Keys Enterprise Zone Overlay District. The extended review period expires September 30, 2018.

 

7.         Consideration of recommending Preliminary Approval of the “Wawa Convenience Store – Easton Roads”, Land Development Plan dated “Revised 8/2/18”, Township File LD 2018-01, TMP 06-002-014, 06-002-010 & 06-002-011, Easton & Old Easton Roads, 3 lots, located in the Cross Keys Enterprise Zone Overlay District. The extended review period expires September 30, 2018.

 

8.         Consideration of accepting the Agreement to Extend the Residential Development Contract and Water and Sanitary Sewer Development Agreement to September 11, 2019, covering “Mill Creek Ridge /    Smith Pfeiffer, Phases I and II”, Township File SA 2001-05C.

 

9.         Consideration of accepting Agreement to Extend the Stormwater Management Development Contract to September 13, 2019, covering “RD Realty 3”, TMP 6-10-9-1.

 

 10.     Consideration of accepting the Agreement to Extend the Commercial Development Agreement to September 25, 2019, covering“Autoland”, Township File LD 2014-01.

 

11.       Consideration of accepting the Agreement to Extend the Land Development Contract to August 30, 2019, covering “Barley Sheaf Farm”, Township File LD 2017-01.

 

12.       Additional Business / Manager’s Items:

            - Consideration of approving the Wastewater Grinder Pump Maintenance Agreement between Buckingham Township and Chris Woroniak, for property located at 3775 Cold Spring Creamery Road, TMP 06-004-041.

            - Consideration of re-approving “Covenant Presbyterian Church, PH2A", Township File LD 2001-02A, due to the previous approval being over 90 days ago, in order that Record Plans may be signed.
