1.         Public Comment (Maximum 30 minutes)

 

2.        Board's Announcements:

- Various Park and Recreation Programs including Summer Camps and our Thursday Concert Series at Hansell Park begin in June. Go to our website at www.buckinghampa.org or call 215-794-8834 for more information.

-  Buckingham Township Administrative Offices will be closed Wednesday, July 4th for Independence Day.

3.         a. Consideration of approving Payment Request No. 3, to GS Developers, for work completed on the Pump Station &
Generators and Upgrades PH 2 – General Contract BT-17-03, in the amount of $104,215.50.   

            b. Consideration of approving Payment Request No. 4, to Eastern Environmental Contractors, Inc. for work completed on the Fieldstone Spray Field Upgrades – General Contract BT-17-01, in the amount of $74,981.93. 

            c. Consideration of approving Payment Request No. 6, to A.H. Cornell & Sons Inc., for work completed on the Holicong Park Expansion, Phase 1, Contract 2016-04, in the amount of $167,674.33.

            d. Consideration of approving Payroll for the weeks ending May 27, 2018, June 10, 2018 and June 24, 2018, and the Bill List for the meeting of June 27, 2018.

 

4.         Consideration of approving draft Supervisor's Minutes of the May 23, 2018 Work Session and May 23, 2018 Regular Business Meeting.

 

5.         Consideration of accepting various Departmental Minutes and Advisory Body Minutes.


6.         Consideration of accepting Request for Extension to the allowable review time under the provisions of the PA Municipalities Planning Code to September 30, 2018, for “BKTD Tract”, Township File SA 2017-02.  

 

7.         Consideration of accepting the Agreement to Extend the Residential Development Agreement for Common Improvements and Lot 3 to July 23, 2019 for “Sycamore Hollow Farms” Subdivision   (aka Histand Tract), Township File SA 2010-01.


8.         Consideration of approving Resolution No. 2368, A Resolution of the Board of Supervisors, Buckingham Township, Bucks County, Pennsylvania Ratifying the Final 2018 Municipal Waste Management Plan as Adopted by the Bucks County Board of Commissioners.
