Consideration of recommending Approval of the “Cellco Partnership d/b/a Verizon Wireless Project PHI North Doylestown” Conditional Use Application, Township File CU 2018-01, TMP# 06-002-002, 4259 West Swamp Road, 155,231 square foot property, Zoned PC-1 Planned Commercial District /Cross Keys Enterprise Zone Overlay District. The initial 60-day review period expires July 6, 2018.
