Call to Order 7:30p.m.

- Presentation of Proclamation to Kerry M. Silidker, for her achievement in earning the Girl Scout Gold Award.

- Presentation of Proclamation to Zachary Van Siclen, for his achievement in earning the rank of Eagle Scout of the Boy Scouts of America.

- Presentation of Appreciation to the Buckingham Township Board of Supervisors for their support of the 2018 Philadelphia Honor Ride.

2.         Board's Announcements:

- The Buckingham Township Administrative Offices will be closed Monday, May 28, 2018, in observance of Memorial Day.

3.         a. Consideration of approving Payment Request No. 5, to A.H. Cornell & Sons Inc., for work completed on the Holicong Park Expansion, Phase 1, Contract 2016-04, in the amount of $199,854.45.

            b. Consideration of approving Payroll for the weeks ending April 29, 2018 and May 13, 2018, and the Bill List for the meeting of May 23, 2018.

4.         Consideration of approving draft Supervisor's Minutes of the April 18, 2018 Work Session and April 18, 2018 Regular Business Meeting.

5.         Consideration of accepting various Departmental Minutes and Advisory Body Minutes.

6.         Consideration of approving the Residential Development Agreement and Indemnity Agreement between Buckingham Township and Maureen P. McGahan and Steven Smugar for “Sotter Hill - Lot 3”, TMP 06-014-063-003.

7.         Consideration of accepting the offer of Agreement to Extend the Residential Development Contract and Water and Sanitary Sewer Development Agreement to May 24, 2019 for the“Fenton’s Corner” Subdivision, Township File SA 2013-03.


8.         Consideration of accepting the offer of Agreement to Extend the Land Development Contract to June 11, 2019 for the “Bucks County Airport Authority, Doylestown Airport – Phase II” Land  Development, Township File LD 2003-02. 

9.         Consideration of re-approving “Geerlings Florist Inc.", Township File SA 2014-02, due to the previous approval being over 90 days ago, in order that Record Plans may be signed.

10.       Consideration of awarding the Pump Station Generators and Upgrades, Pump Station 1, BT-18-01 Bid to GS Developers, of
Doylestown, PA in the amount of $221,000.00.

11.       Consideration of approving Resolution 2367, A Resolution of Buckingham Township, Bucks  County, Pennsylvania, accepting the Petition of Toll PA II, L.P., by Toll PA GP Corp., Its General Partner, and Accepting Petitioner’s Request to Establish a Street Light Assessment upon Present and Future Property Owners of the Fenton’s Corner Subdivision.


12.       Additional Business / Manager’s Items:

-  Consideration of approving Purchase Orders to Omega River Farm Services LLC in the total amount of $84,125.00 for farming of
Derstine, Lojeski, Kaplin and Lindquist spray fields and mowing of certain areas.

-  Consideration of approving Fieldstone Spray Field Upgrades (BT-17-01) Change Order No. 1 increase of $2,507.26.
