1.         Public Comment (Maximum 30 minutes)

 

2.        Board's Announcements

          -  Egg Hunt this Saturday, March 31st, 10:00 a.m., at GMB Park. Bring your basket and a camera for a picture with the Bunny.

          -  Spring Yard Waste Pick-Up. Free bags are available March 12 through April 18 at the township building for Yard Waste.  Pick up will begin on April 16th.   You must use township bags and register with the township for pick-up.

           - Keep Buckingham Beautiful– April 28 & 29, from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Bring your household trash to the Township Maintenance building located at 4991 Upper Mountain Road. Free Shredding will be available on Saturday from 9-12. Details are available on the township website and/or call the township office at 215-794-8834.

           

3.         a.  Consideration of approving Payment Request No. 4, to A.H. Cornell & Sons Inc., for work completed on the Holicong Park Expansion, Phase 1, Contract 2016-04,in the amount of $16,286.40.

            b.  Consideration of approving Payment Request No. 2, to Eastern Environmental Contractors, for work completed on theFieldstone Spray Field Upgrades – General Contract BT-17-01, in the amount of $53,100.00.

            c.  Consideration of approving Payment Request No. 1, to GS Developers for work completed on the Pump Stations Generators & Upgrades Phase 2 - General Contract BT-17-03, in the amount of $14,400.00.

            d.  Consideration of approving Payroll for the weeks ending March 4, 2018 and March 18, 2018, and the Bill List for the meeting of March 28, 2018.

 

4.         Consideration of approving draft Supervisor's Minutes of the February 28, 2018 Work Session and February 28, 2018 Regular Business Meeting.

 

5.         Consideration of accepting various Departmental Minutes and Advisory Body Minutes.

 

6.         Consideration of accepting the Request for Extension of the time to complete the Improvements as set forth in the Residential Development Contract to April 10, 2019, covering the “McKernan Development ”Subdivision, Township File SA 2007-01.

 

7.         Consideration of accepting the Request for Extension of the time to complete the Improvements as set forth in the Development Agreement to April 22, 2019 from the Archdiocese of Philadelphia, for“Our Lady of Guadalupe Church, Phase I” Land Development, Township File LD 2006-01.

 

8.         Consideration of adoptingOrdinance No. 2018-02, Establishing Mandatory Water connection and Use, and Setting Penalties for Violation Thereof.

 

9.         Consideration of approvingResolution No. 2365,A Resolution of the Board of Supervisors of Buckingham Township, Bucks County, Pennsylvania, Accepting: The Improvements; The Public Sanitary Sewage Collection System, The Water Distribution System, A Deed of Utility Easement Over Parts of T.M.P.s 06-065-032, 06-009-072, A Deed of Conservation Easement Over Part of Lot 259, T.M.P. 06-070-131, Deeds of Conveyance of North Whittmore Street, South Whittmore Street, Rosemont Terrace, East Brighton Street, West Brighton Street, Dorchester Street (West), Dorchester Street (East), Sugar Bottom Road Right-of-way; Lot 260; and Lot 261 to Buckingham Township in or Serving the Land Development Known as Arbor Point (aka Villages at Buckingham).


 

10.       Consideration of approving Resolution No. 2366, A Resolution of the Board of Supervisors of Buckingham Township, Bucks County, Pennsylvania Authorizing the Acquisition of a Utility Easement over parts of Property Owned by Anvil Partnership (TMP No. 06-009-009).

11.       Additional Business / Manager’s Items:

            -  Consideration of awarding the 2018 Buckingham Township Road Improvement Project Bid toMorrissey, Inc. of Philadelphia, PA in the amount of $386,900.00.

            - Consideration of accepting the Roadmaster’s recommendations for the Crushed Stone Aggregate and Paving Materials BidAward through the Bucks County Consortium.

            - Consideration of approving theWastewater Grinder Pump Maintenance Agreement between  Buckingham Township and Margo Ostrowski, for property located at 3783 Cold Spring Creamery Road, TMP 06-004-043.

            - Consideration of approving theWastewater Grinder Pump Maintenance Agreementbetween  Buckingham Township and Chadd M. Rittenbaugh, for property located at 3773 Cold Spring Creamery Road, TMP 06-004-040.

            - Consideration of approving the Purchase Order for a 2018 F550 Dump Truck with plow and salt   spreader be purchased from
Lancaster Truck Bodies in the amount of $38,787.00 AND approving the Purchase Order for a 2018 F550 Dump Truck to be purchased from Koch 33 Ford in the amount of $39,079.00.

            - Consideration of awarding the Purchase Order for a 2018 Ford Explorer to be purchased from Koch 33 Ford in the amount of $33,840.00.

            - Consideration of approving the Purchase Order for stone work to be done on the Quarry Road Bridge by John Busik Custom
in the amount of $19,961.00.
