Relief Requested:       Variances requested from Section 502.A.3 of the Zoning Ordinance to increase the amount of impervious surface from 37.7% to 44% where 35% is permitted; and from Section 405.B10.G.2 to permit an in-ground swimming pool having a rear yard setback of 6 feet and a side yard of 10.6 where 12 feet setback required is required for each.
