4.         Consideration of approving draft Supervisor's Minutes of the January 2, 2018 Reorganization and  Regular Business Meeting.

 

5.         Consideration of accepting various Departmental Minutes and Advisory Body Minutes.

 

6.        PUBLIC HEARING: Consideration of approving Ordinance No. 2018-01, an Ordinance of Buckingham Township, Bucks County, Pennsylvania, Being an Omnibus Amendment of the Buckingham Township Zoning Ordinance, to Create an Enterprise Overlay District, a Mill Creek Overlay District, Communications Overlay District 4, a Hotel/Motel/Inn Use, a Parking Garage Use, Establishing Medical Marijuana Distribution and Manufacturing Uses, Revising the Forestry Use, Amending the Wireless Communication Use to Accommodate Wireless Small Cell Towers, Revising Noise Restrictions, Lighting Restrictions and Sign Restrictions, Imposing Restrictions on Blasting Near Occupied Structures, and Making Miscellaneous Other Disseminated Revisions.

 

7.         Consideration of recommending Preliminary Approval of the “Hirsch Property” Land Development plan dated Revised December 22, 2017, Township File LD 2017-03, TMP 6-4-6, 3842 Old Easton Road, 6,000 square foot new building area on 1 acre, located in the PC1 Zoning District, with an extended review period expiration date of July 2, 2018.

 

8.         Consideration of recommending Preliminary Approval of the “Leaver Cable Funeral Home” Land Development plan dated Revised December 15, 2017, Township File LD 2017-04, TMP 6-10-115-1, 4886 York Road, 2,205 square foot new building area on 2.0 Acres, located in the LC Zoning District, with an extended review period expiration date of January 2, 2019.

 

9.         Consideration of recommending Preliminary/Final Approval of the “Swank Tract” 2-lot Minor Subdivision Plan dated Revised December 18, 2017, Township File SA 2017-01, TMP 6-18-71-4, 1481 Forest Grove Road, 16.155 Acres, located in the AG-1 Zoning District, with an extended review period expiration date of January 2, 2019.

 

10.       Consideration of approving the Stormwater Facility Development Contract, Stormwater Controls and Best Management Practices Operations and Maintenance Agreement and Grant of Easement and Stormwater Facility Development Contract between Buckingham Township and Margaret N. Speaker regarding TMP 06-021-101-001 located on Pineville Road; and Consideration of approving the Indemnity Agreement between Margaret N. Speaker, Mack-Roedel Custom Builders, LLC  and Buckingham Township, regarding TMP 06-021-101-001 located on Pineville Road.
