1.  Public Comment (Maximum 30 minutes)

 

2.  Board's Announcements:

      -  Buckingham Township Administrative Offices will be closed July 3rd and 4th for Independence Day.

      -  Various Park and Recreation Programs including Summer Camps and our Thursday Concert Series at Hansell Park are ongoing throughout the summer. Go to our website at www.buckinghampa.org or call 215-794-8834 for more information.

 

3.   Consideration of approving Payroll for the weeks ending May 28, 2017, June 11, 2017 and June 25, 2017, and the Bill List for the meeting of June 28, 2017.

 

4.    Consideration of approving draft Supervisor's Minutes of the May 24, 2017 Work Session and May 24, 2017 Regular Business Meeting.

 

5.    Consideration of accepting various Departmental Minutes and Advisory Body Minutes.

 

6.    Consideration of acceptingRequest for Extensionto the allowable review time under the provisions of the PA Municipalities Planning Code to 12/31/2017, for“PA Biotechnology Center”,Township File LD 2017-02.

 

7.    Consideration of accepting the Agreement to Extend the Residential Development Agreement for Common Improvements and Lot 3 to July 23, 2018 for“Sycamore Hollow Farms” Subdivision (aka Histand Tract),Township File SA 2010-01.

 

8.         Consideration of re-approving“Covenant Presbyterian Church – Phase II-A”,Township File LD 2001-02, due to the previous approval being over 90 days ago, in order that Record Plans may be signed.

 

9.         Consideration of approving the “Modification of Unilateral Declaration” for Mill Creek Ridge, Township File SA 2001-05C.
