7:30 pm PH 17-008  Application by Peddlers Village of Lahaska, Inc.

                                    RE: P.O. Box 218 Route 263 & Street Road, 54A Peddler's Village

                                    TMP #6-16-2, 6-15-6 and 6-15-7

 

Relief Requested:   Variance from the following Section:

                                    Section 3206.D.2 –To permit the area of each side of the Proposed Replacement sign to be 17' where a 8' maximum Sign height is other wise permited.  Section 3202.D.1 -To permit the Proposed Replacement sign to be located 7' fee from the nearest edge of cartway where a 15' setback is other wise required for such signage.  Proposed Replacement sign would be situated in the exact location of the original sign and would in fact use the samefooter.  Section 3202.I.4 -To permit the Proposed Replacement sign to have a "light" colored background and "dark" colored letters, where "dark" colored backgrounds and "light colored" letters are otherwise required.

                                      Article 8 Section 802a –To increase impervious surface from 15% to 20% in order to place a custom made 12’ x 20’  Shed on property.  Minimum lot size require 1.8 acre, current property Size is 1.2 acre.  Article 4 Sec 405 B10, B2&3 Note:  Building Set Back Line as established by Subdivison Plan SA 87-13 (Buckingham Chase) is 50' for the Right Side yard (Require Buffer Around Perimeter of Subdivision)
